Terms & Conditions – Bezzos
§ 1 Scope and Provider
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as "Bezzos", "we", or "us")
(2) These Terms apply to both consumers and businesses, unless otherwise stated below.
(3) Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by us.
(4) The contract language is English.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) Your contractual partner is exclusively Ousta Kiasif Yavasca GbR.
(2) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(3) By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an automated order confirmation by email, which does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
(4) The contract is concluded only when we confirm shipment by email or dispatch the goods.
(5) After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your order details and a copy of these Terms & Conditions. Past orders can be requested via our customer support team.
§ 3 Prices
All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and include applicable UK VAT. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. As all UK orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, you will not be charged any additional import VAT, customs duty or handling fee on delivery.
§ 4 Payment Terms
(1) Payment can be made via:
- PayPal / PayPal Express
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Maestro Debit Card
- Klarna (Pay Later, Pay in 3, or Instant Payment — subject to eligibility
- Union Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Crypto: USDC
(2) For credit card payments, the card is authorised at the time of order. The actual charge is made when the goods are shipped.
(3) In case of payment default, statutory default interest applies.
§ 5 Delivery & Retention of Title
(1) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
(3) Estimated delivery times are stated on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
(4) For business customers: We retain ownership of the goods until all outstanding payments have been settled in full. Resale is only permitted in the ordinary course of business.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(1) As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — provided we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment by then.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
§ 7 Exclusion of Withdrawal – Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised items (for example, custom-engraved or embossed products).
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in all cases of defect.
§ 8 Transport Damage
(1) If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the delivery carrier immediately and notify us at support@bezzos.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
(2) Failure to report does not affect your statutory rights, but prompt reporting helps us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
§ 9 Warranty
(1) Your statutory warranty rights apply in full.
(2) For consumers, the warranty period is two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
(3) For business customers, an inspection and complaint obligation applies. The limitation period is one year from delivery. We reserve the right to choose between repair or replacement.
§ 10 Liability
(1) We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
(3) These limitations also apply to our representatives and agents.
§ 11 Discount Codes & Vouchers
(1) Multiple discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
(2) Discounts apply to full-price items unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion.
§ 12 Dispute Resolution
For UK customers, alternative dispute resolution is available through approved ADR providers. We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings where required.
§ 13 Final Provisions
(1) If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) For consumers based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected by these Terms.
(3) Governing law — consumers: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may instead bring proceedings in your local courts. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
(4) Governing law — business customers: For contracts with business customers (B2B), German law applies and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
