We are based in Germany and ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, with free delivery on every order. We do not currently ship to any other country.

Import VAT, Duties & Customs
All UK orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be asked to pay any additional import VAT, customs duty, or carrier handling fee when your order is delivered in the United Kingdom — we take care of that for you.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (UK time, GMT/BST) are processed the same or next business day, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the time needed to prepare your order. During busy periods such as sales events or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
We ship via trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- High shipping volumes during peak periods
- Other circumstances outside our control
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or cancel it. A refund can only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
Stock Availability
We maintain stock levels carefully to avoid delays. In the rare event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and the wait will not exceed two weeks.
