Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Central European Time, GMT+1) are processed the same or next business day, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Information

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Delays can occasionally occur due to:

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or cancel it. A refund can only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
