Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies only to non-personalised products.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
Returns & Handling Fee
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged.
📦 A handling fee of €1.95 per parcel will be deducted from the refund amount.
There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to customer specifications
- personalised or custom-made products
- items clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalised goods)
These products are excluded from returns and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
If a personalised product is defective or damaged, statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable. Please contact us in such cases.
Voluntary Return Policy (Outside Legal Withdrawal)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy:
- Return period: 14 days after receipt
- Condition: unused and in original condition
- Packaging: original or equivalent protective packaging required
- Fee: €1.95 handling fee per parcel
- No restocking fee

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 working days using your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
