Terms & Conditions – Bezzos Shop

§ 1 Scope and Provider

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as “Bezzos”, “we”, or “us”)

(2) These Terms apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and businesses (§ 14 BGB), unless otherwise stated below.

(3) Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by us.

(4) The contract language is exclusively German.


§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) Your contractual partner is exclusively Ousta Kiasif Yavasca GbR.

(2) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).

(3) By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an automated order confirmation by email, which does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

(4) The contract is concluded only when we confirm shipment by email (shipping confirmation) or dispatch the goods.

(5) The contract text is stored. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your order details and these Terms & Conditions. Past orders can be requested via customer support.


§ 3 Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during checkout.


§ 4 Payment Terms

(1) Payment can be made via:

  • PayPal / PayPal Express
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Advance Bank Transfer
  • Klarna
  • SOFORT Banking
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Maestro

(2) For credit card payments, the card is authorised at the time of order. The actual charge is made when the goods are shipped.

(3) In case of payment default, statutory default interest applies. A handling fee of €5 per reminder may be charged unless a lower damage is proven.


§ 5 Delivery & Retention of Title

(1) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

(2) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

(3) Express shipping may be offered for certain orders. If delivery time is exceeded, express shipping costs may be refunded.

(4) For business customers additionally applies:

We retain ownership of the goods until all outstanding payments have been settled in full.

Resale is only permitted in the ordinary course of business. Resulting claims are hereby assigned to us in advance.

In case of processing or transformation of goods, we acquire co-ownership of the new item.

We agree to release securities if their realisable value exceeds our claims by more than 10%.


§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. However, reimbursement will not take place before we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

📦 A handling fee of €1.95 per parcel will be deducted from the refund amount.


§ 7 Exclusion of Withdrawal – Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised items (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

In case of defects, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.


§ 8 Transport Damage

(1) Please report visible transport damage immediately to the delivery carrier and notify us at info@bezzos.de.

(2) Failure to report does not affect your statutory rights but helps us enforce claims against the carrier.


§ 9 Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) For consumers, the limitation period for used goods is one year from delivery, except in cases of gross negligence, intent, or injury to life, body, or health.

(3) For business customers:

  • Inspection and complaint obligations apply (§ 377 HGB)
  • Limitation period is one year from delivery
  • Only our own product descriptions are binding
  • We may choose between repair or replacement

§ 10 Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

(3) These limitations also apply to our representatives and agents.


§ 11 Discount Codes & Vouchers

(1) Multiple discount codes cannot be combined.

(2) Discounts may apply to sale items unless otherwise stated.


§ 12 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform:

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but are willing to do so.


§ 13 Final Provisions

(1) If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(3) For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
